Each olive varietal is selectively picked by hand and cold-pressed immediately to ensure freshness and rich antioxidant & polyphenol content. The Heritage bottle is an unfiltered first press unique blend from trees that have been grown on the farm’s land for over 150 years. The result is vibrant, green, and peppery balanced by softer fruit notes. Ideal for dipping or finishing.
